Return Conditions
At Rose Eternelle La Boutique , we are committed to ensuring every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 30 days of receiving your order, whether they are defective or not.

Accepted Product Status:
Returns are accepted only for new and unused products, with all tags intact.

Return shipping is free . A prepaid return label will be included in your package.

Returns must be made by email . Please use the provided return label to send your package.
Replenishment Fee:
There are no restocking fees .
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted for returned products, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Reimbursement Processing Time:
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
