Our offices are located in Saint-Affrique, France. Our international warehouse, however, is located in China.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two separate deliveries. The rest of your order will most likely arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to rose.eternelle.laboutique@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
